I get this question a lot, so I want to walk you through how we do things here.
Your meet-and-greet with your puppy happens at your scheduled pickup. That day is your chance to meet your pup in person, spend real time with them, and make sure it’s the right fit for you and your family. We don’t do separate visits before then, and there’s good reason for it.
At any given time, we have puppies here at all different ages, and not all of them have their full set of shots yet. Until a puppy is fully vaccinated, their immune system isn’t fully protected. So when I keep visits to pickup day only, I’m not just protecting your puppy. I’m protecting every pup on the property, including the little ones who are far too young to fight off anything that comes in on shoes, hands, or a car.
It isn’t me being difficult. It’s the single most effective thing I can do to keep every litter healthy and safe during the weeks they’re most vulnerable. By the time you come for pickup, your puppy is ready to safely meet you and head home.
This is the part that takes the pressure off. Your deposit is never locked to one specific puppy. You can move it to any available pup right up until pickup, so you are never stuck with a decision that doesn’t feel right. If you get to pickup day and connect more with another available puppy, that’s completely fine.
You are not going in blind. Not even close.
I’ve placed over 300 French Bulldogs this way, and every family has found the puppy they connected with. The FaceTime calls and personality videos give you a better read on a pup than a quick early visit would, because you’re seeing them in their normal environment with someone who knows them well.

Our 2-year genetic health guarantee covers hereditary conditions. It does not cover breed-specific conditions like cherry eye, elongated soft palate, or luxating patella, which can occur in any French Bulldog regardless of breeding. Full details are provided in your puppy contract.
Yes! We offer personal delivery within 2 hours of Colorado Springs for $300 via our transportation nanny. For longer distances, we have a flight nanny who can bring your puppy to the nearest major airport. We never cargo ship our puppies — they always fly in-cabin with a trusted handler.
It’s a self-paced video course covering nutrition, health, potty training, and everything you need to set your Frenchie up for success. It’s free with your puppy purchase and required before pickup. Think of it as your Frenchie owner certification.
All our puppies are raised on fresh food & Carna4 Venison kibble (known as the altertnative to raw). We also supplement with probiotics for optimal GI health. Full feeding instructions and transition guidance are provided with every puppy.
