Hi all, and happy Frenchie Friday! I hope you all experience a weekend where you are really appreciating the life you have with your Frenchie. Dierks Bentley’s song Living has been speaking to me quite a bit as sometimes we forget all we’ve been given. When I went through my yoga certification over a decade ago now in my yoga reading by Eknath Easwaran he said, “Love is in the give and take of every day relationships.” I believe that 100% but sometimes I forget it as well. It is in the ordinary things of everyday life that is really living like snuggling your Frenchie, being able to walk him, and or even being the one with the honor of holding him accountable for his actions. Life really is amazing and having a Frenchie in it makes it even better. I encourage you to take a moment this weekend to really appreciate the every day things.
We do a lot of everyday things through the week like snoozing. As you can tell, Romeo does a lot of snoozing.
We watch movies together. This week we watched Beethoven 1 & 2 as I feel like it’s a classic all kids and Frenchies should watch. 🙂
We beg for just a little bite as well.
We did celebrate Tytan receiving an award for integrity from school by playing at the park, going out to eat, and getting ice cream and playing games at Lolley’s. The Frenchies didn’t get to join us but they got lots of snuggles when we got back.

Hi, I’m Annie and lilac fawn merle French Bulldog. Momma says I’m quite the little beauty. She especially loves how my eyes have stayed blue as often blue eyes turn a yellowish green. Momma raised me from a pup. My fur momma is Jewels and my Daddy is Gizzy. I definitely favor them both.
Here’s pics of me when I was born and as I grew.
I have a special story as momma calls me a survivor. She doesn’t like to talk about it but I am the only pup that survived from my litter. We all got really sick and she says it will never happen again on her watch if she can help it. She loves me a lot and slept on the bathroom floor with me for weeks until I was regained my strength. I love her and she loves me.
How I got my name.
Momma had a really terrible summer last year when I was a pup and lost several people she loved. An uncle to suicide, a best couple friends husband, and her Grandma which was her only mom. She has an amazing friend that opened her home up to her and her other friend who had experienced so much loss. The home was located on the beach in Anna Maria Island. Momma spent the majority of her time there healing and reassessing her life. She and daddy say she returned back as a different person. I am named after Anna Maria Island as a reminder to her to take the time to return back to that person when things get off balance.
I love my family. Trenton says I’m his favorite. He may like me too much. 🙂 You can find me chewing on my water buffalo horns, taking longs naps, and playing with my Frenchie friends. Oh, and momma says it’s important to eat healthy and exercise. She always jabbering on and on about how important it is to eat healthy as it effects our epigenetics and will help us live longer. Tytan and Trenton my human brothers hear it all of the time as well. I don’t even know what kibble is. Maybe I had some as a wee pup but momma switched me to a raw diet early on. I eat a variety of meats, steamed veggies, and lots of other healthy stuff. It’s delicious and I’m the first in line waiting for my meals. I LOVE to eat!

Hi all! It’s time for another weekend with the Frenchies.This past week I wasn’t very good about taking pictures. One thing that happened is Irving went to live with his new momma. Little Irvy is somewhat of a special needs boy as he’d had issues with having an anal prolapse. He’s had several surgeries, treatments, etc… and will likely not ever be 100%. I was planning on keeping him for forever but one of our family members really wanted him. I agreed to give it a go.
It’s really hard to let one go you’ve worked so much with but he is a total sweetheart and deserves the one-on-one attention she can provide for him.
As I write this email the Frenchies are all around me.
Bubbles is playing soccer with her bowl.
Jewels and Romeo are playing while Maddie is trying to join in.
Nacho is asking for extra love and pets.
Annie and Bubbles have gotten naps in.

Hi, happy Frenchie Friday! Hope you’re starting your weekend off right with your Frenchie by your side. 🙂 Our Frenchies are enjoying sunning themselves with the beautiful weather and wondering were their treats are.
Which Trenton has gladly fed them bags of treats this week as he’s been on spring break.
Bubbles is looking especially cute in the sunshine.
Romeo found a nice comfy spot to sunbathe.
Romeo jumped in the hammock with dad. Jewels looked at him, “Can I come in too daddy?”

Hi, I’m Bubbles a lilac fawn merle French Bulldog. Lilac fawn means I’m a champagne color and the merle means I have other pieces of greyish color throughout my coat. The merle is hard to see but when you look close you can definitely tell. I also have light eyes. Momma says I carry cream. She’s pretty excited about this as I could have platinum colored puppies. My nicknames are Bubs and Bubby.
Momma raised me from a pup.
She loved taking pics of me and dressing me up in cute headbands
My fur-momma is Maddie and I also have my sister Lestina that I’ve grown up with. Lessie and I love to play soccer with the metal food bowls. I especially love carrying one around when it’s time to eat. I think momma appreciates my help.
I am the first to jump in my cage and patiently wait for my food to be ready for me. Momma makes my food fresh for me for breakfast and dinner. It’s raw chicken, steamed veggies, eggs, and a variety of other things like liver to keep me healthy. I also take my daily vitamins, probiotics, and fish oil. Oh, and I have been known to eat a few things like socks but momma has kept me alive and I think I’m over that phase of my life. Momma does watch me close and has trained the boys to not leave stuff laying around.
My most favorite past time is chewing on my water buffalo horns. In fact, all of the horns are mine! When I’m not chewing on my horns, you can find me romping around the back yard playing. I love to run as fast as I can with my Frenchie friends.
I also love when it’s time to lay on the couch and watch movies with the human family in the evenings. Overall, I’d say I am a happy Frenchie girl. Just tell momma to give me more buffalo horns. I can never have too many.
Oh, and momma says I should have my first litter of pups by the end of 2022 and Nacho will be my baby daddy.
Bubbles and her puppers are doing amazing. We figured out the temperature that they like, and they filled up their bellies. Looking forward to seeing these little babies grow.

Hi, happy Frenchie Friday! I hope your starting your weekend off right with Frenchie snuggles. It’s been a full week with wintery weather.
Before the winter weather arrived Lessie and Nacho went with us to enjoy some time at the park.
And then enjoyed some time in the hot tub. Lessie Poo decided to jump in so she could be with us.I think she was surprised by the result. That brings me to the point about making sure you have properly secured your hot tubs and pools to help prevent mishaps with your Frenchies. Most won’t jump in like Lessie but you just never know. It was a good reminder for me to not leave the hot tub cover up when I’m treating and retesting it.
Maddie enjoyed her time with Daddy in the hammock. Romeo was quite jealous.
I swear they know the days when there’s snow outside. Jewels finally made her way out drudgingly. Notice her ears are back. In Frenchie, that means she doesn’t want to.
She made sure to let me know she did not enjoy her experience.
The boys and I went out to sled and the only Frenchie who came out to play with us was Nacho. He is quite the fun spirited, kind Frenchie heart. We love him and are excited about having him as our stud. Good naturedness is often handed down (not guaranteed).
The others came out to see what all of the commotion was about but eagerly returned back to warm their ears up.

Happy Frenchie Friday all! Hope you are all having a good day and enjoying your Frenchie time. The human boys are off school today so the teachers can work which of course means it’s almost impossible for me to work. I swear this place had a symbalance of organization…not after they’ve had a couple of hours of rearranging the furniture and brining in every box from the garage to make a nerf war battleground. That’s being said, I did not write any blogs today. But the Frenchies are doing great and enjoying their day with the chaos…I mean with the boys. 🙂 Oh, and if you sent me a text at 719-308-7444 I have misplaced that phone. The boys grab it and play games on it.When it dies it ends up wherever that occurred. I was hoping it would show up but it hasn’t so I’ll be switching the number to another phone this weekend. Please text me again next week or respond to this email. 🙂
The Frenchies have done tons of napping and staying inside to keep their ears from freezing off. Or so that’s what they tell me why they don’t like going outside to pee in the cold weather we’ve had recently. These two as always held down the chair cushions while soaking up the warmth by the fireplace each morning. What a hard life they live.
They also soak up any cuddles they can get.
The highlight of the week was Aunt Sage came to visit.
Lessie Poo took full advantage as well and enjoyed being rocked like a baby.
This story of Trenton sprawled out on the bed with Romeo just popped up.
Not much has changed since last year. Still wearing Pokemon pajamas and cuddling with his Romeo.
The exciting thing the boys did this week was start a worm composting bin. We hope we can keep them alive so we can use the compost to grow veggies for us and the Frenchies. Did you know you can even make dog poop worm composting bins? You plant the container in the ground usually near a plant you’d like to have the nutrients. The worm composting decreases the amount of methane released into the environment.
Nutrition wise we’ve started making our own water kefir for the probiotic GI benefits for the humans and Frenchies. We’ve started saving the bones from our cooked meat so they can be made into bone broth with is good for their joints. I just put all the bones in a freezer bag until I’m ready to make it which of course can be used for all of us. I encourage you to make one small healthy change per week. They all add up and really do make a difference. I’ve found many of the things that are good for us are also good for our four-legged friends. Always verify that’s true before giving them anything.

Hi! I’m Lessie Poo The French Bulldog of Colorado! Anyways, that’s what momma calls me. She says my name is very special as I am named after someone very important to her and Daddy. Two days before I was born the husband of their best couple friends passed away. They were really sad as they both loved Lester so much as he was like a brother to both of them. In fact, they were the only one’s at their wedding and Tina and Lester were there for momma and daddy’s surprise wedding. They shared in many of the big moments of each others lives. Lester had this magical ability to make everyone around him feel loved and important. In fact, they used a huge auditorium for his friends to say their goodbye’s because he was just that kind of person. Without his presence a huge whole was left in this world.
Momma says that when she was pregnant with Tytan and Trenton, Lester would say if it’s a boy the name will be Lester. If it’s a girl it’ll be Lestina. When I was born momma instantly knew I was hers and she named me Lestina. She says it’s quite fitting as I am a social butterfly and insistent on being with her at all times. Look how cute I was.
Lester looked healthy but he had issues with his heart that he was afraid to take the medicine for. Momma says it’s important to do whatever it takes to make sure you’re as healthy as possible to be on this earth for the ones you love. Please don’t wait. Go do what you need to do. Get the support you need to make the changes for a healthier life.
Momma makes sure I eat super healthy by feeding me raw meat and organs, steamed veggies, probiotics, and digestive enzymes. I also like to go on walks when it’s my turn. You should see how athletic I am as I can jump over the fence to be with momma when she leaves me behind. I insist on being with her and follow her everywhere. In my spare time, I enjoy napping on the couch, chewing on my water buffalo horns, and playing soccer with my food bowl.
Momma says I should be a momma by the end of the year. She can’t wait to see my little squeaks. I carry cream as Harvey, my fur daddy, is a platinum lilac. Nacho will be my baby daddy and he’s a platinum lilac so I should have some platinum lilac babies. My momma is Maddie and my sister is Bubbles. Make sure to read about them as well when you’re bored because I’m way more interesting. Hehe! 🙂
I am enjoying my time a spoiled girl, romping around the property, and going with momma to pick the boys up from school. It’s a good life.

Hi all, happy Frenchie Friday! I hope your Friday evening is going well with your Frenchies. I had a lovely day spending time in the tax ladies office with my son Trenton as he decided to have yucky feeling tummy first thing at school and then feel fine the rest of the day. Taxes are never fun but at least it’s one step closer to done. yay! Now to the fun stuff of the weekend where we plant to hang out with the Frenchies.
Last weekend Nacho and Trenton had a great time doing football drills together.
Bubbles role was to play cheerleader.
Bubbles and Trenton wore themselves out.
Jewels and Romeo prefer the easy peasy indoor life.
We’ve had beautiful weather here in Colorado and have enjoyed many walks while we can. Nacho and I made the long loop and picked up the boys from school to walk home.

Meet Nacho – Our Platinum Prince Ready for His Forever Couch
Nacho is a stunning platinum male Frenchie, weighing about 27 pounds, with a heart full of love and a happy-go-lucky personality. He’s a retired stud who’s ready to leave his breeding days behind and settle into the good life as a beloved pet.
Nacho is incredibly sweet, gentle, and fantastic with kids—he’s been raised with our own 9- and 10-year-old boys and loves being part of the action. He’s also doggie door trained and keeps his space clean, though he’ll need a little time to learn the rules and routine in his new home.
He’ll need to be the only male dog in the home (he gets along with females) and must be neutered. He is available as a pet only—no breeding rights. Nacho is very special to us, and we’re looking for a family that will treat him like the treasure he is.

Momma flew to California to get me when I was 7 months old. She says it was love at first sight. I was a bit nervous but she held me while she had a glass of wine while waiting for our plane home. I was such a good boy on the flight and slept the whole way.
My human brothers and Frenchie clan were all excited to meet me. I didn’t know what to think.
It took me a few days to figure out the doggie door. I watched the other Frenchies and now I’m a pro. Momma switched me to raw meat, cooked veggies, no hard bone diet (chocking hazard) and I am thriving on it. Yum! Yum! I get my daily vitamins, digestive enzymes, and probiotics as momma says it’s important not only for me but for my future babies. I don’t understand what she’s talking about when she says she’s taking every measure to take care of my epigenetics but I know it’s important to her and it sounds like it makes me healthier. She doesn’t over bathe me. I get to roll around in the dirt that she says is really good for me.
I spend my days protecting the property with my non-so ferocious bark, stealing the buffalo horns from Bubbles, and napping on my nice soft, snuggly blankey. I especially love curling up on the couch for movie nights. I didn’t realize until recently that I was big enough to get up there. Now that I’ve figure it out there’s no stopping me. Hehe!
I recently went on a road trip with momma. I loved it and was such a good boy curled up in my doggie bed. Maddie didn’t necessarily care that I was there and gave me the stink eye when offered doggie treats at drive-thru’s. Often during the trip I laid my head on momma’s shoulder and snoozed. I sure love her and she loves me.

We never thought this day would come... 💔 But our sweet Nacho is officially ready to start his next chapter — not as a stud, but as someone’s best friend.
Nacho has been such a special part of our lives. He’s lived in our home, been raised with our two boys, and has brought nothing but love, laughs, and calm energy into every room he enters. At 27 pounds, he’s our gentle platinum prince — a big-hearted boy with the softest soul.

Hi everyone, happy Frenchie Friday! Hope you had great week and even more amazing weekend planned. We typically do a lot of the same stuff. Lots of movies with the Frenchies, play board games with the kids, hang out in the hot tub, go for walks, yoga at the gym, etc… What do you do with your family and Frenchies? This weekend will be the same for us. Nothing exciting like dog sledding. 🙂 But the Frenchies will be happy since we’ll be home most of the time this weekend.
Friday night we hung out with the Frenchies watching movies. Annie and Lessie Poo are Trenton’s targets and they will snuggle whether they like it or not. lol!
This is Bubbles and Annie give him a taste of what he deserves. Hehe!

Nacho went on a walk to the park with us and enjoyed playing football and meeting Tytan’s classmate. Tytan ran from her while Nacho ran to her. Crazy boys.
Maddie, Nacho, and Irving all travels to the vet this week. Maddie was confirmed to have had a false pregnancy. Her progesterone numbers ran like she was pregnant and she grew a little belly. I was really looking forward to having at least one baby around. But I can wait as the next one will be from Mr. Nacho. He was going to have his semen checked but we didn’t have enough time to do so. I will work on this this upcoming week. Irving is a little sweetheart that I consider a special needs Frenchie. He’s had issues with a prolapse that I think may have finally fixed. He will be going to live with my husbands retired cousin who can dedicate quite a bit of time to him. I love him and it will be hard to let him go but she will love him more.
Maddie enjoyed her puppaccino.
She did not enjoy when Nacho came up too and was offered treats at the drive thru’s. She believed those were all hers. Look at that stink eye.
Overall they did great and snuggled up in their doggie bed.
Last night we watched Togo as we are in the dog sledding spirit. What a great movie. I’ve been lucky enough to have a few Togo’s in my life. When I refer to a Togo I mean one that will be with you no matter what it takes. They have a special connection to their human that you just can’t take out of them. Currently, Romeo and Lessie Poo are my Togo’s. Romeo doesn’t mind if it’s me or DeMarco but Lessie insists on being with me at all times. She jumps over fences and finds every escape route possible to be with me. The moment I saw her being pulled out at the c-section, I knew she was mine. My others love us but the intensity is different. Do you have a Togo? I’d love to hear your stories.
Lessie still thinks she’s a baby and tries to get milk from her momma. There’s none there. Silly girl!
She even tolerates time outs with Trenton.

Hi I’m Maddie a lilac fawn merle French Bulldog. I’ve lived with my human momma, daddy, two human brothers, and Frenchie siblings since I was about 7 weeks old. I love my family. Just look how cute I was as a little one.
My human brothers Tytan and Trenton loved carrying me around when I was a little squeak.
I particularly loved hanging out with my momma. She dressed me up in cute little leashes and shirts and carried me around everywhere in her doggie purse.
Another thing I loved was sleeping in the bed. Momma always potty trains her pups by letting them sleep with her so she knows when to get up in the middle of the night. Do you think I can protest that I don’t get to sleep in the bed anymore? What are my Frenchie rights? Hehe!
I enjoy long walks down country roads, hanging out in the hammock with my daddy, curling up on the couch, snuggling up in a warm blanket, and riding shotgun to pick up the boys from school.
Momma says I am quite beautiful and loves my one eye that’s still partially blue. I look like I’m a solid color at glance but I am a lilac fawn merle French Bulldog.
Overall I really love my family. Nobody better mess with them or else.
