Happy Frenchie Friday!

I know I missed last week and I’m sending this out one day late. I had good intentions but it’s the end of summer and I’ve been paddling to keep my head above water. When things are like this I take it as a sign I nee to change something. I’ve hired an assistant to help me a few days a week. She doesn’t start until mid-August but there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. Plus the kiddos will be back in school. Yay!
Anyway, the pups are always focused on. I love having the oldest ones play outside.

This is Lessie which, one of our mommas, just chewing on a tree limb like a little bear cub. All of thee pups were joining in.

Pups 10-14 weeks get to join us on the deck for their play session. I always have someone available to lick and paw at my toes. 🙂

We’ll mix up a bit too. Here’s Salem. He’s a goof ball who loves to play.

When he comes inside he knows where the toy bin is and pulls them all out. Of course, he also helps himself to jump on the couches. He’s an athletic little guy and would be great for a family who wants to go on walks (temperature allowing of course). Both mom and dad do well on my 2 1/2 mile loop.

Mario and Luigi are sweet little goofs. Look at those cute pink tongues.

I’m keeping their sister Princess Peach. 🙂 I just love the sweet disposition of this line of pups. Can I get some of that love too? ~ Peaches

My two potatoes. Romeo doesn’t care for Princess Peach. I think he’s worried she’s gonna take his place. lol! I’ve told him several times just because she’s pied too doesn’t mean we love him any less. 🙂

I just love pied pups. This little guy isn’t on the website yet but look at that coloring. I’m in love. DeMarco says I can’t keep them all.

One last cute little pup pic. Lennon’s bags are packed and looking for his furever family. He still has a couple more weeks here but he is a super sweet little guy. I think he’ll be on the smaller side at around 22lbs full grown.

We’ve had several pup placements over the past few weeks. Several needed me to hold their pups while they got in their summer vacation. Look at the joy in their faces. This is why I do this. 🙂

And had the comfiest set-up for their trip home.

Happy Frenchie Friday!

We had some extra special visitors this week. My best friend from high school came with two of her girls.

The Frenchies loved all of the extra back scratches.

Romeo even jumped in to play hide and go seek.

The girls helped me with pictures. The boys literally never help. Such a difference in dynamics.

And silly Sonoma with her extra long tongue. 🙂 She has learned to use a doggie door to go outside to potty.

Look how cute Mario is. I’m keeping his sister Princess Peach. He’s available and his page will up to so this is a sneak peak.

My friend hosted goat yoga. The teacher backed out so I taught instead. It’s been several years since I’ve taught a class but really loved it. The goats reminded me of Frenchies. Look at my little helper.

Meanwhile my three potatoes enjoyed deck time.

And snuggling in bed when dad and the boys went camping.

We were all sad to see Erica and the girls go. But Bambino’s new owner as excited. Bambino enjoyed lots of pets and snuggles on the way to the airport.

He was well looked after.

And napped on his flight to Seattle.

Finally I met my dad!

And had a comfy spot to ride home.

Bella found her family.

As well as her sister Sydney.

Our past pup Guinness just celebrated his first birthday.

He even got his own cake with a side of goats milk….not spoiled at all.:)

Happy Frenchie Friday!

Hi all! We’ve missed a few weeks due to being on vacation for our 10th anniversary. This is the longest vacation we’ve ever taken and we enjoyed every moment of it. For those who want to know we went to Turks and Caicos.

On our anniversary we rode horses in the ocean.

We’ll cover the last few weeks. 🙂 Trenton and Romeo participating in time-in together. I was sitting right near them. My counselor advised using time-in instead of time-outs. You regulate yourself and the idea is your kiddo will eventually take on your energy by being in your vicinity. He doesn’t look happy here but I’d say it’s beneficial.

Momma. I think it’s about time for my time-in. 🙂

I guess I’ll just go lay on this comfy spot the boys made.

We spend a lot of time on the deck with the pups. I sure loved this little guy. I called him Porky. 🙂

Raleigh enjoying her outdoor time. She gets to join her family this weekend.

Our neighbors come over for game nights regularly and the pups particularly love to when Diane visits.

It’s been a rough day. Thanks for the extra snuggles Diane.

Finally found my furever momma and looking rested for my momma. 🙂

Sanford found his family too.

This little guy is well loved too.

While we were away Diane watched the pups. The pups and momma Maddie enjoyed their spawcation.

They even had their first meal while we were away.

When we got back they have started on replacing our carpet with vinyl flooring. We are beyond thrilled. With as busy of a household as we have we have no business having carpet. Lots of pups have grown up in this space.

The pups are either on the deck for playtime. These guys are enjoying a nap under the awning while listening to the pitter patter of rain. All of the older pups are learning to use a doggie door to go outside and potty.

Trenton has decided it’s OK for Bella to join a new family. He’s accepted he’s to quite ready for a pup yet. I know he’ll miss her. She’s so sweet and just wants to be with you. Bella joins her family Saturday.

Sonoma her sister is looking extra cute. 🙂

Frenchie Friday June 16, 2023

Happy Frenchie Friday!

It’s been a fun filled week adjusting to new pups, watching the older pups playing on the deck, and sending pups home to live with their families.

Maddie and her pups sleep next to me. The PVC pipe is to keep momma from laying on pups. I find that a fuzzy blanket with heating pads underneath is the perfect temperature for pups. I place a blanket over this as well so momma feels like it’s a safe place to keep her pups.

They are spending all their time eating and growing. They have even started opening their eyes. Here’s the little nappers. 6 Females. 1 Male. See more pics here.

In the meantime these pups are enjoying spending time on the deck. Savannah and Sonoma here.

They enjoy playing with the giggle ball that makes noises and dispenses treats.

They really enjoy playing chase Tytan.

Sunday we had a friend and kiddos pop by for a bit. Romeo and Jewels were especially excited. I’ve never seen them quite so excited to have visitors come see them. 🙂

They absolutely love this family. “Can we go live with them?”

These two get plenty of love from us even though they don’t think so.

Sonoma is a fun loving little girl. I love her sweet little face.

Frenchie Friday June 9, 2023

Happy Frenchie Friday!

Hi! I hope you all have enjoyed the beginning of summer vacation if you have kiddos. I missed last week’s Frenchie Friday as I took a pup to Florida with my two boys and stayed in Anna Maria Island with my mentor.

Tytan loved pulling her around the airport.

She did a great job and enjoyed meeting her new family.

The boys enjoyed starting their summer vacation out with lots of pool time.

And ocean time.

When we landed we met two new pup parents. I feel like they match their puppy perfectly.

This family brought Tacoma into their family and their sister fell in love and got this little girl. This was the sweetest little family. 🙂

They boys came back and took on a project of taking care of their own new pups. I tie them around their waists so they can’t get away. 🙂

Maddie decided she was ready to have pups Wednesday.

Before I left I took pics of these cutie pies. Here’s Sanford. He’s a laid back sweetheart with a nice cubby body but slighly turned up nose that makes it easier to breathe. He might be my favorite. Don’t tell the others.

Here’s Savannah. Every time I look at her my heart melts because she reminds me of her momma Bubbles so I call her mini Bubby. She has the pretty baby doll face like her momma.

Champ is such a sweet baby. Always wants to be with you and snuggle.

So many more things I could sit her and write about and show you pics of pups but I’ve gotta go to my husbands company in 15 minutes and I don’t even have my make up on. 🙂

Happy Frenchie Friday all & Happy Memorial Day weekend!

Hope you all have something fun planned with family, friends, and your Frenchie. We’re just hanging out with the pups and grilling. Lucky for me my husband is amazing cook.

I’ve had a busy week of playing catch-up. Between being stuck in Dallas an extra day due to weather and my phone needing replaced I got behind. I’ve spent this week re-signing into all my accounts to. The joys. 🙂 Almost all caught up and I’m back at taking lots of pics of pups.

Look at this bunch of napping little piggies.

This little guy is just the cutest wearing his red and white for Memorial Day. 🙂 This is a sneak peak pic as he doesn’t have his page on the website yet.

This little lady but is lilac with tan points. Her coloring is so cute as she only look like she has tan points on her legs. She’s another sneak peak. Her page is coming soon.

Look at this sweet momma with her babies. The box with the rims help keep the pups from being laid on by momma. You can see pup introductions here.

I literally couldn’t stop taking pictures of these two sisters.

Just look at them! Candy has a partial blue eye and Cookie whole left eye is blue. So pretty.

I’ve decided Dancer is really a dancer. She’s so fun to watch moving around to play.

Yesterday was their last day of school so more time for holding pups.

We had a few pups join their families this week. Powell loves his new dad. He gets to hang out with his Grandma and Luna too. This is the second Frenchie from us for this family.

Olympia is happy as a lark with her new momma.

Ren just joined her family this morning. I can already tell she is spoiled rotten and so well loved. She has a Frenchie brother at home that’s going to teach her everything she needs to know.

Just as a reminder for everyone be careful of the poisonous plants. Frenchies like to snack on everything and my heart would just hurt for you if something happened to your little one. I just saw this posted on Facebook. Be extra vigilant this summer when adding in new plants.

Frenchie Friday May 20, 2023

Happy Frenchie Friday!

I know I’m a day behind on getting this out. I always say it would be great if I wrote these ahead of time but I don’t seem to do so. The few times I do I am so proud. My new counselor kept on making statements lovingly that I have ADD. I didn’t believe her at first but now I do. One of my qualities is I just can’t get things out until I feel like I have a deadline looming. That’s the case with Frenchie Friday emails. I have it all in my head but can’t get it typed out until last minute. Here I am at the airport typing this out with only an hour left to board. I could have written it an hour ago. 🙂 Anyway, let’s talk about Frenchies. But first if for some reason you reached out to me and I didn’t respond, please reach out again. I had to get a new phone. It was acting crazy and the new one was on back order. I made all work the best I could but realize I wasn’t ignoring you.
That being said, I didn’t get a lot of pics this week

Powell found his home this past week and is staying with us until his new owner can get him this upcoming week. In the meantime, DeMarco says he might be one of his favorites

We eat a lot of popcorn in this house because let’s just say I don’t see the need to buy pre-made snacks. Bubbles is like, “Can I just have a little bite please? Just one little bite?”

These two little boys are just the cutest. They have the best stocky, traditional Frenchie structure and overall just beautiful. Evan and Eli.

Vienna found her new home.

Leaving her little sis all to her self. But don’t worry she found her mom and dad too. They’re getting her this week. In the meantime, Trenton has been tasked with being her puppy snuggler.

Penelope found her home with her two greyhound siblings. She looked like she wasn’t thrilled for a bath but actually did a great job suffering through it. 🙂

All squeaky clean for my family.

My new brother Nacho. He looks like he’ll protect me and be a good snuggle bunny.

It looks to me like she is enjoying her new life.

Yesterday Seymour and I took off to make our journey to his family in Austin. We started at 3:30am with our drive to Denver.

Now to fly.

Frenchie Friday May 12, 2023

Happy Frenchie Friday!

And Happy Mother’s Day to all the momma’s of the human and fur baby’s. I didn’t grow up with a “normal functioning” family and am thankful for all of the mommas out there that showed me what a good momma should be. I even believe the fur mommas did a good job at showing me how to love little ones. I say this as you may never know who you may influence because I see all of the amazing momma’s that changed my life flashing before my eyes and they did little things like serve dinner to me or show small acts of kindness to their own daughters. Happy Mother’s Day to all momma’s out there.

I didn’t get very many pics this past week as I spent a long weekend in Charleston, SC and my phone decided to act up and start shutting down every 20-30 seconds (got a new one ordered but it’s on back order of course…yay) I love South Carolina and I was able to spend some much needed time with two of my closest friends. I did see a Frenchie out and about. 🙂

It’s kind of ironic that 2 years ago Trenton and I took a pups to a Make a Wish kiddo in Greenville, SC. You don’t have to be terminal to make a wish but the kiddos went through quite a bit do so. I find that an amazing thing they do.

What’s even crazier is one of my past Frenchie pups Snookie showed up in my timeline a well. I’m pretty sure being 13 years ago Snookie has probably passed over the rainbow but I remember him as a pup like it was yesterday. He was such a sweet little guy.

Our pups have gotten plenty of love while I was away.

Tytan thinks one pup is enough. This little guy is joining his dad in just a few days.

We’ve learned to coral them since they’re faster now.

They also love to pile up in a Frenchie pile for naps. Ms. Trinity here definitely got a few extra hugs and cuddles since she so politely asked.

This little guy Rush is the sweetest, self-entertaining, laid back guy we have. I have a video of him here where he was just rolling around on his back enjoying the good life.

I think I have come up with a basic outline in my head for a Frenchie meet up in Denver and one in Colorado Springs this summer. Now just to plan them.

Frenchie Friday May 5, 2023

Happy Frenchie Friday!

Happy Frenchie Friday all! I am writing this on a plane headed to South Carolina for a girls weekend and without any Frenchies.  I woke up super early this morning which messed up their morning routine. Romeo and Jewels walked me to the door looking hopeful that they would be coming too. Sorry pups. I have to say it was hard to leave them all behind but they are in good hands as DeMarco has taken the time off to focus on caring for them all. When I gave him the list of todo’s he said that’s a lot and I said I know. I do it every day.

I was a busy bee squeezing in everything before I left, but we had plenty of time to include pup snuggles. This little guy Rush is the sweetest. Very laid back and slightly reserved.

The boys enjoy holding pups in the morning. Trenton is holding Chubs which we are keeping. For some reason she has chosen us from the beginning. I say I am always drawn to the ones with a little side of spunk. Tytan is holding sweet little Vienna (grey/lilac colored).

Here she is again. Look how pretty she is with those blue eyes!!!

Her brother I awfully cute too. Vegas is lilac merle with tan points and really loves to just be with you. This litter really loves their toys and prancing around the room with them.

I can’t believe the pups start slowly leaving this weekend. We still have pups available but there is a part of me that’s a little sad that it was their last week with all of them together. I can say I have thoroughly enjoyed these litters. Each morning the pups take turns running around the living room while I sip my coffee. These two found a treasure the boys left behind and enjoyed a good game of keep away.

If we give Trenton the puppy dog eyes, he’ll hold us. Chubs and Rishi have really figured this one out. Rishi is so cute. I call her Ms. Desperate as she isn’t afraid to show she’s desperate for your attention by throwing herself against the playpen to be held. Magically this works for her.

Her she is all dressed up for her photoshoot.

Just 3 pretty girls here looking cute. Sydney (left) gets to join her family this weekend. Raleigh and Queenie are still looking for their families. Raleigh cracks me up. She’s so much like her momma Annie. So very sweet but with a spunky, mischievous side. Annie will be hanging out and then all of a sudden I see her on the end table or find her in the pantry on the bins. She doesn’t harm anything but she explores it all. I expect Raleigh to be just as entertaining. She’ll also be tiny like her momma. Momma Annie is only 18lbs.

Look how cute she is. She has one solid blue eye like momma to that will stay blue. The other eye is part blue and part green.

Lessie’s pups checked out great with the vet. Chubs of course thought the whole event was about her. I took the tub in and notice I had a missing pup. Trinity had found a way to escape and was hanging out under the car seat in the back. Silly girl.

I can’t believe how cute Tacoma and Tahoe are getting. They look and act a lot like their daddy Nacho. And they look like twinsies.

I think I have come up with a basic outline in my head for a Frenchie meet up in Denver and one in Colorado Springs this summer. Now just to plan them.

Happy Frenchie Friday!

Hello all! It’s Frenchie Friday and it’s a great day to celebrate a hard weeks work with your little French fry. I can’t believe how fast the weeks go by and my Bubbles, Annie, Lessie litters are all 8 weeks old. Only two weeks left before they are ready to start joining their families.

They take turns playing.

Grandma Jewels helps watch them and of course the ones that aren’t out to play don’t think it’s fair. I get it.

Maddie is so patient with the little kids that aren’t hers. Puts a whole new meaning to it takes a village to raise kiddos. 🙂 The pups get plenty of opportunities to practice their socialization skills around our house. It’s important when getting a pup. They takes turns going with me for a car ride to pick up the boys from school too.

We have several pups in the lilac family.
Here’s what we call lilac and tan. When we say lilac without any other descriptors that means it’s a grey color and they will have light eyes. Tan means his legs and eyebrows are a tan color. This little guy is the cutest little bear cub. 🙂

Lilac fawn means they are a champagne color with light eyes. It’s like having dirty blond hair and blue eyes. Many of you have heard me say this is my favorite color. 🙂 And it is. Their eyes just pup against their fur and they are even prettier in person. You will notice I tend to collect this color. 🙂 This is Sedona.

Lilac fawn merle means they have a lighter and darker shades of lilac fawn throughout their coat. It’s like having highlights. They often have grey freckles as well. Their eyes are light and pop against their fur just like the solid lilac fawns. The is Rin.

Platinum lilac mean that in addition to carrying two copies of chocolate and blue they also carry two copies of cream. This gives them the cream color with the light pretty eyes like Sydney here. It’s like being a true blonde with blue eyes.

If you like the way Nacho (their daddy) looks, then you’ll love Tacoma and Tahoe. There are more new pics waiting to be posted. Make sure to check them out. Everywhere I take Nacho I hear handsome of a boy he is.

This little girl is super unique coloring and so sweet. I’ve fallen in love. She is merle pied. Since merle effects eye color, I believe her eyes will be blue too. She’ll have her own page on the website this week.

Here sister is a darling fawn merle too. I think she may have blue eyes. 🙂

We have this pretty litter coming up too. Momma is amazing and pups are thriving.

All of these pups mentioned in this email have a dad who is five panel clear or properly genetically matched parents. Not only do we well socialize the little guys we make sure they are the healthiest they can be.
Paris was able to join her furever family. I love how her new fur sibling wouldn’t even look at her. 🙂

Two of our past pups unexpectedly met at the dog park and had a great time playing together. I’ve been thinking about organizing some Frenchie meetups for The French Bulldog of Colorado Frenchie family. What do you think? Would you come?

Happy Frenchie Friday!

Hi all! Hope you’ve got a weekend full of plans with your Frenchie. 🙂 We had a lot of fun with the pups this past week.

Sunday I spent most of the day napping and rotating pups to cuddle with.

Here’s some more snugglers.

In the mornings we also sit and snuggle while I drink coffee. They all get to rotate through. Each one of them melts my heart. New pics of Bubbles pups will likely be posted on the website this weekend.

We also read and hand out with Frenchies in the morning. I’ve figured out that both I and Trenton both have ADD. So I am working to schedule myself and the boys to help with this. I apparently am very high functioning but am learning techniques to help him. I’ve found, like when I was a kiddo and now, that the pups really help him self-regulate. In all honesty, the pups help him more than I do.

Bubbie has been joining in for pics with her babies for mommy and me pics. Her eyes here look kind of like mine do when I’ve had enough of my kiddos too. 🙂 This is Seymour a cream Frenchie with blue eyes.

Even grandma Maddie jumped in. This is Sanford.

Bubbles loves her toys and has the sweetest baby doll face. I can see it in some of her pups as well. Little Savannah looks like a squattier version of her. (Not shown here).

Romeo and Jewels just don’t understand what’s so special about the pups when we have them. 🙂 Puppies. Smuppies.

The older pups love their outdoor play area.

These three all found a home together. This is the first time I’ve place three pups in a home all together. I didn’t take it lightly. I believe everyone has their own set of abilities on bringing pups in their home.

I 100% believe with their past experience this couple will be successful. Plus, these three are such a sweet set that they will be the perfect siblings.

This lovely couple came from South Carolina to pick up their second pup from us. She’s well loved and her sister loves her too.

Sung just graduated from PT school and got a baby girl Frenchie pup. Cutest little family!

Quint and Quest are a perfect little match.

Happy Frenchie Friday!

Hi all! Its a little cooler weather now and I’ve decided to spend the day curled up in fuzzy socks surrounded by Frenchies today.

We’ve had some milestones this week. Annie’s 7 pups turned 6 weeks old Monday! Happy Birthday to you! Yes, there’s more than 7. Lessie’s four have joined them. They turn 6 weeks old tomorrow. 🙂 I absolutely love having these little babies around me. Nothing has changed since I was a kid. I used to just lay down amongst the pup and they’d swarm me with kisses. Not much has changed.

Annies pup names begin with R’s.

The boys sure make cute little campers.

Reno and Rome are place but Rush is looking for his furever campers. If you remember Brady from a few months ago, he reminds me of him. Such a little sweet goofball.

I couldn’t get enough of these two pretty ladies. This is Ren.

Seriously the prettiest girls. Raleigh looks so much like her mommy and very petite. If you’re looking for a pup on the smaller side, Annie’s puppies would be a great choice.

Here’s another little cutie pie, Rishi. Picture perfect little lady bug.

Momma Annie has nowhere to escape.

When the pups see her they all come running. Not the greatest pics but you get the idea.

Happy 6 weeks to Bubbles pups! They had their birthday Thursday. The best pic I could get fo all of them together on their big day. At 6 weeks old I do a soft weening. Meaning momma gets to be with them a few times day so they have an easier, less stressful transition. Their litter names start with S’s.

Bubbie loves finding bowls and taking toys from the pup to carry around.

To keep puppies socialized and exposed to new things I often grab a pup to take with me to pick up the boys. Here’s little Salem.

The boys help out too.

Trenton especially loves to hold the pups and be the target of the camera.

I finally got Quest and Queenies pics updated. They are the sweetest little ladies. Very docile and friendly.

The bigger pups have been enjoying the great outdoors with the nice weather we’ve had. They’ve all been using a doggie door and doing a great job at potting outside.
Penny and Pansy get to join their families tomorrow. So excited for them.

They did find our pieces to our outdoor game and had a great time with them. As a side note, these are not safe to let pups have. They were watched and then they were thrown away as rope can easily be ingested and cause damage. Always throw away toys that look like they’ve seen better days.

Lydia was able to join her furever family this week. So happy for her. She’s such a sweet little girl.
